Highlights of Canadian Cinema

Out from the depths of unnecessary sequels, hideous clichés, and Tim's Double-Doubles come movie reviewers who are not afraid to look beyond the popular titles to find Canadian films that are truly a work of a demented mind, eh? The bizarre, strange, offbeat, unknown, and really fun to watch. These reviewers have unparalleled experience in the film industry measured by sheer video rentals and a thirst for movie trivia, soundtracks, and maple syrup! We are. . . The Mutant Reviewers from CANADA! (and the Correspondents, eh?)

a letter from the captive Justin:
Help! I mean, geez, he's got me eating bark and drinking foul Canadian beer here! Their TV programming is horrible! A beaver named Ralph has taken off with my favorite boxers! $500,000 for my rescue! I shouldn't be hard to find, I'm somewhere around... lessee... Hudson Bay. It's pretty small on my map, so come get me!
Justin

3RD ANNUAL MUTANT AWARDS

New Blessings From The Great White North

6/6: The honorable PoolMan brings forth the wisdom of Singles.

6/3: That's right, folks, there's been a violent takeover here at the Mutants Head Office. Seems Mr Olivetti didn't appreciate the Canuck Content requests by our Hero, the PoolMan. For more info, please have a look at the MRFC Manifesto, the Canuck FAQ, and the new Canadian Bios! And enjoy, eh?

6/2: The incredible PoolMan has graced us with a new PoolMan's Poll and a couple General Resources.

6/1: The May results are in, and the June voting for Ultimate Campus Comedy begins in the 3rd Annual Mutant Awards.

5/31: The Tyrant Justin has turned 24, but won't live for long! HAHAHAHA! Review-wise, tend to PoolMan and Run Lola Run. TV-wise, tune in to the review of Clerk's series premiere 4th episode. Feature-wise, join Justin (if you have to) and a trip back to the Quickstop. So, we don't have the midriff of Britney Spears, but we've definitely got more content.

5/29: Today is Kyle's 21st birthday, and so we let him out for five minutes to see the sky and fresh air and working plumbing. Then back into the cell, so that he could bring you Fight Club, Galaxy Quest, and Fletch Lives.

5/28: The Day of Reviews is upon us! Overcome Justin's horrible reviews of Detroit Rock City, Twelve Monkeys, and Being John Malkovich. Quiver against the blows of the righteous PoolMan and his Fight Club, Twelve Monkeys, Very Bad Things, and Dogma. Prostrate yourself before Sean and Evil Dead 2, Office Space, Spaceballs, and Being John Malkovich.

5/26: We just won an award from Pengs.com, which thrills us to our little bottoms. There are a couple of new MRFH staff positions that we're looking to fill - check out our application page for more detail. Added poster links for Say Anything, Fight Club, High Fidelity, Run Lola Run, and Animal House.

5/20: Justin and his arrogant behaviour slaves away on preparing the Clerks the Cartoon spin-off site, in anticipation of the series kickoff in just a week.

O Canada! Our home and native land
True patriot love in all thy sons command.
With glowing hearts we see thee rise
The True North strong and free,
From far and wide, O Canada
We stand on guard for thee.
God keep our land glorious and free
O Canada we stand on guard for thee,
O Canada we stand on guard for thee.
